HOW TO CALCULATE OVULATION DAYS/FERTILE WINDOW?

The Ovulation and Fertility Calculator counts back 14 days from your next expected period date to estimate ovulation. (If your menstrual cycle is 28 days, your next period will start 28 days after your last period started.)
To determine your ovulation day, you need to know the length of your menstrual cycle i.e (the number of days from the first day of bleeding in your last period, to the first day of bleeding in your next).
From this figure, subtract 14 days from the end of your current cycle, to determine the approximate day you ovulate.
Menstrual cycle varies from woman to woman and month to month (typical cycle length is 21-35 days).
Having irregular periods might make it tougher to determine your fertile window.
